Frame Material Preparation Adopt laser pipe cutting machine for blanking, pipe bending, flattening, arc punching, code engraving and drilling. 2. Frame Welding To cut labor costs, the company is equipped with fully‑automatic welding lines operated by Panasonic robotic arms for whole‑frame welding. Manual welding lines are also available to guarantee production capacity. 3. Finished Frame Inspection & Storage Finished frames are fully inspected and polished by professional staff. Qualified products are packed into turnover frames and stored in the finished‑goods warehouse.
