Electric Tricycle Finished Frame This is a fully‑welded bare finished frame for electric tricycles with raw metal finish without painting. All welding joints and mounting holes are precisely processed. The frame reserves mounting bases for steering assembly, rear shock absorbers, battery compartment, motor and front‑rear plastic parts for stable and durable performance.
Customization is available. Pipe specifications, overall dimensions, battery compartment space and mounting positions can be adjusted according to your vehicle requirements. The whole production process is completed in‑house, including laser cutting, pipe bending, stamping, robot‑assisted and manual composite welding. We support sample making, small‑batch trial production and mass orders, compatible with various leisure and household electric tricycles.
